BWCoach features
This page is used to setup all live alerts on apm and resources, as well as timer settings. Display APM during game : check this to display the estimated APM during game (in top right of control panel) Display Timer : will display the game time on the left of the control panel. Text and/or audio alerts can be set on various parameters of the game : APM, Minerals, Gas, Supply. Select which alerts you want to use in the screen above and then click the corresponding Options button to display and edit the parameters of the alert. The following dialog box will open :
Threshold value: the alert will be triggered when the parameter goes below or above this value, depening on which alert it is. When a alert is triggered, there will either a message displayed on top left of the screen, or a sound file played, or both. For Supply, the threshold represents the available supply, that is total supply - supply used. Use sound : check this to play an audio sound (wave file) when the alert is triggered. You can disable that during the game (if you get too annoyed) by pressing the F5 key. You will see a "Sound OFF" message on the top left corner of the screen. Repeat alert sound every Sound : is the wave file used to play the alert. Make sure that file is in the /sounds sub-folder where BWCoach is located. Click the Listen button to listen to the selected wave file. Start alerting after : allows to specify a game duration in mintues before which no alert of this type will be triggered. So for example, for "Low mineral" alert, you will put something like 2 to avoid being alerted at the beginning of a game. Stop alerting after : allows to specify a game duration in minutes after which no alert of this type will be triggered. So for example, for "High mineral" alert, you will put something like 30 to avoid being alerted in late game.
